Vaccination Subsidy Scheme

Our clinic has participated in the government’s Vaccination Subsidy Scheme (2023/2024)

Colorectal Cancer Screening Programme

Our centre has participated in the government’s “Colorectal Cancer Screening Programme.” Eligible individuals can be arranged for a Faecal Occult Blood Test (FOBT) at our centre with no additional charge. If the test result is positive, we will refer the individual for a colonoscopy and further treatment.

Eligibility

1.Aged between 50 and 75(Hong Kong residents born in the years 1949 to 1975 can join the Programme.)

2.Hold a Hong Kong Identity Card# or Certificate of Exemption. Except those who obtained their Hong Kong Identity Card by virtue of a previous permission to land or remain in Hong Kong granted to them and such permission has expired or ceased to be valid

3.Registered in the Electronic Health Record Sharing System (eHRSS)(please visit www.ehealth.gov.hkfor more details.)

4.Do not have the following symptoms or conditions*:

4.1Have had a fecal occult blood test in the past two years with normal results.

4.2Have had a sigmoidoscopy in the past five years with normal results.

4.3Have had a colonoscopy in the past ten years with normal results.

4.4Confirmed by a doctor to be unsuitable for a colonoscopy.

4.5A history of colorectal polyps, confirmed hereditary bowel diseases, or direct relatives with such diseases.

4.6A confirmed history of chronic inflammatory bowel disease, such as ulcerative colitis.

4.7A history of colorectal cancer.

4.8Symptoms of colorectal cancer.

*The primary care doctors will personally meet the prospective participants so as to assess their medical fitness for joining the Programme

CDCC Pilot Scheme

Scheme Objectives is to provide convenient screening services for diabetes mellitus (DM) and hypertension (HT), and provide blood lipid testing.

The scheme provides a tailored health management plan for Scheme Participant to control risk factors for chronic diseases and prevent chronic diseases at an early stage, thus reducing related complications.
The scheme realises the goal of “Family Doctor for All”.

Eligibility

1. Hong Kong residents aged 45 or above*
2. No known medical history of diabetes mellitus or hypertension

How to Enrol

  1. Eligible individuals can register as members at at DHC/ DHCE, join the eHealth Record, sign up for the program, and select their family doctor.
  2. Starting from the first quarter of 2024, Eligible individuals can enrol in the CDCC Pilot Scheme at the clinics of Family Doctors who have joined the CDCC Pilot Scheme and support participant enrolment.

Remarks:
(1)Holding (1) a valid Hong Kong Identity Card within the meaning of the Registration of Persons Ordinance (Cap. 177), except those who obtained their Hong Kong Identity Card by virtue of a previous permission to land or remain in Hong Kong granted to them and such permission has expired or ceased to be valid;
Or (2) a valid Certificate of Exemption within the meaning of the Immigration Ordinance (Cap.115)

Our centre has participated in the General Outpatient Public-Private Partnership (Outpatient Collaboration) program. Invited patients can choose to follow up at private clinics.

eHealth Service

eHealth is an electronic platform established by the Hong Kong government, primarily providing free and lifelong electronic health records for all citizens. With patient authorization, both public and private healthcare institutions can exchange records in a two-way manner.

Elderly Health Care Voucher Scheme

Elderly persons aged 65 or above and holding a valid Hong Kong Identity Card or Certificate of Exemption issued by the Immigration Department,

except for those who obtained a Hong Kong Identity Card by virtue of a previous permission to land or remain in Hong Kong granted to him/ her and such permission has expired or ceased to be valid, are eligible to receive and use the vouchers to pay for private primary healthcare services.

his clinic accepts “Health Care Vouchers” for payment of medical fees. If you need to use a voucher, please inform the clinic staff at the time of registration.
